Where can I purchase your products?
You can purchase our products directly from our website Eatexkitchen.com, or find them through our digital partners Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Michaels for added convenience.

We ship worldwide with no regional, state, or country restrictions. Whether you’re in the U.S. or internationally, we ensure that your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. If you place an order after 2 PM, it may be processed the next business day.
What are the available shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times depend on the selected method:
Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
Expedited Shipping: Same-day and next-day options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all eligible orders, regardless of location. Shipping rates for non-eligible orders are calculated based on order weight and destination. There are no additional fees for oversized or specially handled items.
Can I track my order?

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order.
What should I do if my package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged?
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact our Customer Service team after 5-7 business days from the expected delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution.

Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. This includes all products, such as towels and bedsheets. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
How do l initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at cs@eatexkitchen.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee for returns made within the 60-day return window.
Can I return sale items or gift cards?
No, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. We will provide a free return shipping label and offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund. In some cases, we may offer a discount instead of a return.
Do you offer exchanges?
