Kitchen prep made easy

This vegetable chopper has so many more options than just chopping. It can slice, peel, chop, grate, mash, wave, and others that I don't even use. It comes with a couple cleaning brushes included and even a guard to help prevent cutting myself while slicing. The container holds a good amount of food and there's a separate container meant for holding the different cutting plates. I am not good at cutting anything into even sized pieces so this helps immensely with portioning. Everything is easy to clean and the cutting implements are made of stainless steel so they're very durable. Prepping is definitely much easier when using this.

Many pieces to do a lot of food prep

The EatEx Vegetable Chopper is decent. There are many pieces to it, so you should have everything you need for prep work for cooking with vegetables. I was wanting a chopper/dicer that could handle onions, carrots, potatoes and other hard vegetables with just a little slicing and putting it in the chopper to chop. This chopper doesn't handle them very well. I had to use a lot of pressure to close the chopper to get them to chop and I was afraid it would break, but it didn't. Whether I used the small blades or the large ones. If you slice them thin, they chop OK but you still need to apply pressure. I am disappointed in this. The grating and slicing blades work pretty well. The spiralizer blades work very well also. The julienne peeler also works well, it's nice that it has 2 sides to do 2 different types of peeling. I like that it has a storage container to catch your vegetables and to store most of the components when you are finished. It is good that it comes with a cleaning scraper and brush, because especially with the spiralizers, the vegetables tend to stick in the little cracks. The brush helps get those out.

Works Great and comes with so many cool pieces! Easy to use and cleans up nicely with minimal scrubbing. Perfect kitchen gadget for chopping all the things. Good price point and perfect for gift giving.
